By accessing or using RV Cruise US’s website or booking services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our platform. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
1. General Overview
RV Cruise US provides RV rental services throughout the United States, connecting travelers with available recreational vehicles (RVs) owned either by the company or by independent third-party hosts. All rentals are subject to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any additional rental agreements signed at the time of booking.
2. Eligibility
You must be:
- At least 25 years of age (or the minimum age required by state law),
- In possession of a valid driver’s license (appropriate for the vehicle class),
- Legally able to enter into binding contracts in the United States.
RV Cruise US reserves the right to verify your identity, driver’s license, and driving record before approving a rental.
3. Rental Requirements
By booking a vehicle through RV Cruise US, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and current personal and payment information.
- Operate the RV only within the continental United States (unless otherwise authorized).
- Not allow anyone else to drive or use the RV unless approved by RV Cruise US in writing.
- Return the RV in the same condition in which it was rented (normal wear and tear excepted).
4. Payment Terms
- A security deposit may be required at the time of booking and will be refunded within 7–10 business days after satisfactory return inspection.
- Full payment (including applicable taxes, fees, and insurance) must be received prior to vehicle pickup or delivery.
- Accepted payment methods include major credit/debit cards and other methods as listed at checkout.
Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation and forfeiture of your reservation.
5. Insurance and Liability
- All renters must have active auto insurance coverage valid in the U.S.
- RV Cruise US provides basic liability coverage as required by law; however, renters are strongly encouraged to purchase additional protection plans (collision damage waiver, supplemental liability insurance, trip protection, etc.).
- Renters are fully responsible for:
- Any damage, theft, or loss during the rental period,
- Accidents caused by negligence, reckless driving, or prohibited use,
- Violations, tolls, and fines incurred during the rental period.
6. Vehicle Use Restrictions
The RV may not be used for:
- Illegal activities or transportation of prohibited items,
- Racing, towing, off-roading, or unpaved routes (unless approved),
- Transporting hazardous materials,
- Subleasing or commercial passenger transport.
Violation of this section may result in immediate termination of the rental, loss of deposit, and legal action.
7. Maintenance and Breakdowns
- Renters must report any mechanical issues or accidents immediately to RV Cruise US.
- Unauthorized repairs are not permitted.
- If a breakdown occurs that prevents safe operation, RV Cruise US will make reasonable efforts to assist or provide a replacement (subject to availability and location).
8. Cancellation and Refund Policy
- Cancellations made 30+ days prior to the start date: full refund minus a processing fee.
- Cancellations within 15–30 days: 50% refund.
- Cancellations within 14 days or no-shows: non-refundable.
- Refunds may be adjusted for booking fees, insurance, or add-on services.
RV Cruise US reserves the right to cancel or modify reservations due to unforeseen circumstances (vehicle damage, natural disasters, etc.) with a full or partial refund.
9. Security Deposit and Damages
- The security deposit will be used to cover damages, cleaning fees, fuel discrepancies, mileage overages, or missing items.
- If damages exceed the deposit, the renter agrees to pay the balance within 7 days of receiving an invoice.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RV Cruise US, its affiliates, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including attorney fees) arising from:
- Your breach of these Terms,
- Your misuse of the vehicle,
- Any third-party claims resulting from your actions.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, RV Cruise US shall not be liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages,
- Loss of time, revenue, or enjoyment,
- Any issues caused by third-party providers (such as roadside assistance or insurance partners).
12. Privacy and Data Use
All information collected during booking or account creation is governed by our Privacy Policy, available on our website. By using our services, you consent to our use of personal data for verification, communication, and transaction purposes.
13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, USA (or the registered business state of RV Cruise US).
Any disputes arising from these Terms or your rental shall be resolved by binding arbitration in California, unless otherwise required by state law.
14. Modifications to Terms
RV Cruise US reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted on our website and effective immediately upon publication. Continued use of our services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
