RV Cruise US strives to ensure every traveler has a smooth and flexible experience. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the procedures for handling cancellations, modifications, and refunds for RV rentals booked through our platform.
By booking with us, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Standard Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to support@rvcruiseus.com.

| 30+ days before trip | 100% refund (minus $75 admin fee) |
| 15–29 days before trip | 50% refund of total booking cost |
| 8–14 days before trip | 25% refund of the total booking cost |
| 7 days or less / No-show | Non-refundable |
Processing fees, insurance premiums, and add-on service fees are non-refundable.
2. Modifications & Early Returns
- Reservation Modifications (dates, locations, vehicle upgrades) are subject to availability and may result in additional charges.
- Early Returns: Unused rental days are non-refundable once the trip begins.
3. Cancellations by RV Cruise US
RV Cruise US may cancel or modify a reservation under rare circumstances such as:
- Vehicle unavailability due to maintenance or accident,
- Severe weather or natural disasters,
- Safety or legal concerns.
In such cases, renters will receive:
- A full refund, or
- An option to reschedule or receive a credit for future use (valid for 12 months).
4. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
Refund times may vary depending on your bank or card provider.
5. No-Show Policy
If the renter fails to appear for pickup without prior written cancellation, the booking is non-refundable and considered forfeited.
6. Trip Interruptions
In the event of a breakdown or interruption caused by a vehicle malfunction:
- RV Cruise US will make every effort to assist with roadside support or replacement.
- Refunds for lost travel time will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, depending on the severity of the issue.
7. Force Majeure
No refunds or liability will be provided for cancellations or interruptions due to:
- Natural disasters, extreme weather, acts of God,
- Government restrictions, war, strikes, or pandemics.
RV Cruise US may, at its discretion, issue a future travel credit in such cases.
